Terrible on every level.

This was absolutely the worst apartment I have come across on any online site. One year after the precious review and the lights are still not working. The apartment has an unbearable stench and one of the beds had no bed linen. Prior to our arrival the owner tried to set us up in an alternative apartment on the opposite end of town.

Avoid if possible.

Apartment was dirty. Appliances and lights were broken. Pictures online do not accurately reflect the accommodation. Avoid if possible, while it was not completely unlivable, there are better options in the area. Location is excellent though.

Great location, value for money, improvement oppor

Great location though the surrounding air conditioners hum was loud. Some maintenance re fridge and electrics recommended. Tvs made high pitch buzzing sound. Comfortable beds, though bed linen could be refreshed. No bedside lamps in one room, and only one bedroom has cupboard. Clean but strong airfreshner smell when entered. Bathroom basin slightly blocked. Checkin was slow and we did not receive wifi vouchers.

Scam

Terrible. We were rebooked into another apartment in a different area which was not a nice apartment at all. Basically put us in an efficiency in an entirely different area from where we had booked. Infuriating that the apartment manager could not accommodate us in the apartment we had booked and then rebooked us elsewhere without even offering a refund. I asked for a refund several times and was refused. Terrible service. Don't be a fool and trust this terrible apartment. They will screw you too.
