Apartment was advertised as having internet, which was needed for work, however the internet didn’t work at any point during our stay. Going off other reviews this is an ongoing issue so the listing shouldn’t have it as a feature in their advertising until it is corrected. Attempted to discuss a partial refund with the owner to no avail.Apartment itself was nice and clean with lots of space but sparsely furnished. However it feels like the bare minimum is being done with no attention to the little things - no hand towels or face washers, no laundry detergent, a handful of screwed up tea bags and one single coffee pod, no "complimentary milk" in the fridge as their printed information booklet said there should be - things that wouldn't cost the owner anything but would elevate the experience to more than "meh".

This was a great property in a very good location. The property has ample space, and it was clean with all the required resources for our group. However, the bed linen, pillow cases and towels were old and rusty. To make matters worse, these items were stinky with some evidence (like hair and wrinkles) that they had not been washed after the previous occupancy. I would have given a 5 star rating if this easily rectifiable issue were not there. We request the host to replace these items and ensure that the cleaner does get a clean set of linen prior to each booking. Otherwise, a great property in a great location with ample space and resources.

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious for myself and kids to play on the terrace. Close to the shops and the beach. Clean place, although didn’t have a vacuum to clean up our own mess, quite hard to clean with just a broom. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Lovely spacious setting in a beautiful town. Internet was not available during our stay despite it being advertised as coming with Internet. We were told it was a ‘Telstra’ issue. There was zero urgency and very little accountability from the host in getting it sorted out… quite a strange experience, with long periods of no communication / updates. There was no DVD player so with no internet we couldn’t watch or stream movies or shows our whole visit. My parents (pensioners) have a limited data plan, and I’m on the Optus network (not great connection in Ulladulla, based on my experience there). Anyway, that was our experience with the internet. Maybe that’s fine for some families but for us it made things very complicated; our party had 3 teens and my elderly parents. Some other things that stood out were no soap in the bathrooms. I’m not sure if this is flagged on the write-up … if it is, I missed it. Bring hand soap for all the bathrooms! No where to hang towels in the bathrooms but the dryer was easy enough to use. In good weather they would dry outside on the massive verandah

Perfect for a seaside getaway

Everything about this apartment was just perfect. We hosted a large Easter Sunday dinner for extended family and we had everything we needed to pull off the loveliest evening. The huge balcony, with its 180 degrees views accommodated our dinner group. And the kitchen had all the basic equipment, plus some, to put together a great meal. There is absolutely WiFi provided (strange that other reviewer couldn't find it- it was super easy to connect to).All the rooms are spacious and the beds super comfy and the towels soft and fluffy.The apartment is so close to everything - including a wonderful ice cream shop that we used for the Sunday desserts!The hosts were quick to reply to the one query we had - and did not flood us with a bunch of rules and regulations (which was very nice!) I stay in a LOT of holiday accommodation and, as a general rule, don't write too many reviews as there are always a couple of things that I think could be improved on in each place, but not this one! This one ticks all the boxes. It was worth every penny.

The place was terrific, so much living, dining and kitchen area. Balcony was enormous and view over the harbour was beautiful. Plenty of seating. Everyone who saw the apartment was amazed.

Almost perfect

The apartment is beautiful; great location and feels very secure and safe. It’s new, clean and well appointed. Good views, very comfortable. The experience would have been better if the kitchen was a little better equipped; if there were more tea towels, a dish cloth and hand soap. Plenty of coffee machines but no coffee or tea provided. No internet. Things expected for the price.
