Our overall experience was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and it was comfortable. Our room was on the backside of the highway so noise was minimal. When we go back to visit our children and grandchildren we will be staying again.

The bed was firm, refrigerator didn't work, basic breakfast not served until 8am, coffee was not ready, hot tub was just warm, not worth getting in. Not a great place for an early riser like me. It's affordable, quiet, and clean, period.

They advertise free breakfast but they don't open until 8am. That's a late start for travelers. Also some of the staff are very hard to understand, very heavy accent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Toiletries are sparce. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap.

Great service, but not handicapped user friendly.

We were greeted by a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable receptionist. Our room was ready for us upon arrival. It was called an "accommodation" room for handicapped guests, however, the beds were both high-rise style, making it extremely hard for a wheelchair bound person to climb up an into. Also, there was not a walk-in shower, which was a disappointment. On the plus side, my daughter enjoyed using the hot tub and swimming pool very much. I appreciated the maid service too.

Health Hazard

This was the worst hotel stay I can remember, the place was very dirty and I think unhealthy. Unfortunately when I booked I missed it was a smoking room (so the smell is partly on me for the room type choice) - but the room was dirty, the curtains had stuff on them - think it was mold (see picture), the bed sheets were not clean (or very stained) - slept on top of the bed spread. The refrigerator had wiring holding the shelf togehter, the drawers look to be messily glued together, the bible had interesting things written in it. The bathroom was unclean, did not feel I could safely take a shower. It is near the highway, so it was noisy - did not sleep well. Highly recommend finding a different place to stay.
