Just enjoyed two wonderful nights at Hotel NiMo with a family of five. The rooms were very modern and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of typical European cold meats and cheeses, breads, cereals etc and they will cook eggs if required. There is also car parking available if you arrange ahead of time. Very convenient walk to the old town and the lake. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to the larger hotel chains.

The location was excellent and the reception staff were very helpful. The continental breakfast was very over-priced.On the first day, we were charged the same amount for both a child and an adult. On the second day, the price was slightly reduced for my daughter. One of the waitresses was very unhelpful. The public areas of the hotel smelt of cigarette smoke.

Very impressive old fashioned Swiss hotel. Excellent service - kind and sympathetic. The three of us (me and the two kids) were very comfortable in a family room and we had dinner in the restaurant. I had an excellent steak tartare as an entree followed by a Weinershnitzel! Delicious! And with a 20 % discount and some free drinks terrific value! The kids and I highly recommend this place. And don't forget the breakfast! Fantastic! Excellent birch muesli - classic Swiss stuff done so well!

Bad Hotel Überlingen: Luxury hotel with free WiFi and a bar/lounge.
The hotel was really lovely at a great location on the lake but we had a room next to someone with a dog that barked incessantly. When you are paying money to stay in a nice hotel, you don’t expect them to allow dogs to stay!
