Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Very poor management! No soap, shampoo, toilet roll or hand towels provided. Shower curtain was rusted. No electrici kettle in the room. We booked 2 king beds 2BDR but ended up getting one king bed and one single bed. Owner did not understand English at all which was a major issue. Location wise very good! Walking distance to Ubud market
