Ótima casa na praia do Sapé

Nossa estadia foi ótima, casa melhor do que imaginávamos pelas fotos, o anfitrião atendeu super bem, ótima localização, praia boa também, fomos em 6 adultos e 5 crianças e ficamos bem confortáveis...Recomendo!

Gostamos muito da casa, muito espaçosa, ótimos quartos, quintal amplo, bem perto da Praia, dá pra ir à pé. Mas um dos banheiros estava sem chuveiro, o microondas não estava funcionando e encontramos algumas teias de aranha e bichinhos que ficam no teto, no cantinho das paredes. Mas a casa estava limpa. Obrigada Márcio e Valquiria.

Imóvel limpo, assim como todos os utensílios. Valquíria muito solícita e cordial. Apenas a praia carece de uma melhor estrutura, o que pode ser mitigado pela proximidade da casa (150m). No nosso caso (tínhamos um bebê no grupo) isso dificultou um pouco.

Lugar agradável, espaçoso e Valquíria atendeu-nos prontamente quando chegamos e saímos. Havia um chuveiro que não funcionava em uma das suítes. Isso não foi muito agradável. No geral, foi muito bom!! Márcio foi muito atencioso quando surgiram dúvidas.

Primeiramente gostaria de agradecer ao Márcio por todo o apoio nos dado desde o início e a Valquiria caseira por ter deixado tudo bem limpo e organizado para nossa chegada. A casa é ótima contém vários quartos com ventiladores de teto em todos eles que funcionam muito bem, Colchões, vários sofás, lugar para instalar redes, duas geladeiras sendo uma delas com freezer, varal no fundo do quintal com área coberta, tanquinho para lavar roupas, uma excelente área de churrasqueira com balcão pia, ducha externa, garagem para vários carros. A casa é próxima da praia, apenas alguns metros, acesso a várias outras praias inclusive Lagoinha e Maranduba e cachoeiras. Também próximo a comércios postos de gasolina e também próximo a casa tem o supermercado uba Oba que fornece toda parte de hortifruti, padaria e Açougue com preços bem acessíveis. Gostamos muito da experiência e pretendemos voltar em breve. Muito obrigado Márcio e Valquiria Deus abençoe vcs.
