#Home in condominium on the beach of Guaecá. Beach access through central lawn 5 min walk from the house to the beach.

Located on the beach of Guaecá, belonging to the municipality of São Sebastião, within a safe condominium and separated by blocks facing the central garden, which is the access to the beach. The rooms have fans and air conditioning and in-room cable TV and Wi-Fi. It has outdoor area with shower and balcony, plastic table / chair and beach umbrella / chairs available. Accommodation for a maximum of 12 people (adults or children). It is allowed to bring animals as long as they preserve the condominium area and do not make their needs in the common lawn the houses.

Guaeca é simplesmente maravilhosa!A casa é ampla, gostosa, quartos parecem ter sido reformados recentemente, a casa parece estar ainda passando por um processo de reforma, o que é excelente, ja que precisa dar uma levantada principalmente na cozinha. Gostamos bastante, e agradecemos Carolina pelo contacto e pela facilidade de todo o processo .

Bom imóvel

O imóvel é muito bem equipado com relação aos móveis e utensílios domésticos. A casa é bem espaçosa. O maior problema foi que a casa estava muito suja quando chegamos. Não tinha condições de ficar lá daquela forma, mas a Carolina prontamente arrumou uma pessoa para limpar a casa e ficou tudo certo. A pia da churrasqueira não estava funcionando, e isso não nos foi avisado. A garagem da casa estava em reforma com entulho e também não fomos avisados, mas isso não atrapalhou nossa estadia.

Casa Rústica e aconchegante

Casa aconchegante. Não contem Wi-Fi como estava no descritivo do anúncio. Nos quartos estava no anúncio que todos continham o ar condicionado e 3 dos 4 quartos tem ar-condicionado . Ventiladores tem em todos . Fica a uns 5 minutos da Praia. Fácil acesso. Condomínio restrito,lugar tranquilo e seguro para familiares e amigos. gostamos muito recomendo.

A praia é super agradável, e a casa fica a poucos metros do mar, em um caminho muito gostoso pelo gramado e pelas árvores. A casa é simples, mas com conforto suficiente todos!!! E a Carol foi ótima!!!
