Excelente estadia

Já é a segunda estadia no apartamento , sempre muito limpo, dá gosto. Tudo bem prático e conservado e funcionando corretamente. O lugar é de silêncio e respeito e tudo fica bem próximo, as praias e o comércio. Gostei muito do tratamento e cordialidade do proprietário. Nota mil.

Melhor que o esperado

Estivemos eu e minha família, 5 pessoas e o apartamento acomodou perfeitamente, lembrando que acomoda até 8 pessoas pelo número de camas existentes. É espaçoso e melhor do que mostram as fotos. O Rômulo nos recebeu e esteve atento a alguns ajustes que queríamos fazer, nos deixando bem confortáveis. O apto é no primeiro andar, possui utensilios de cozinha necessários,sendo preciso apenas melhorar a questão de pratos, copos e xícaras que estão feinhos. Ficamos por dez dias sem problemas no apartamento. A negociação foi bem tranquila desde o começo, o proprietário bem flexivel . Recomendo e voltando a Ubatuba, ficaria lá novamente pois fica bem pertinho da praia do Tenório(a pé), nosso fim de tarde era sempre lá, tem excelente custo beneficio e comércio por perto podendo resolver tudo a pé praticamente. Enfim, dias felizes em famíla.

O imóvel muito bom e bem cuidado, o proprietário Rômulo ficou de prontidão para atender caso tivesse qualquer problema no ap. Os quartos muito bons, um com uma varanda confortável, os dois banheiros bem limpos, a cozinha com um tamanho bom e possui bons ventiladores em todos os locais. Localização excelente, possui tudo perto, supermercados, farmácia, comércio em geral. Fica perto da praia de tenório que é central e uma das melhores que fomos e fica com fácil acesso para as praias do Norte e do sol Passamos uma excelente estadia no apartamento e localização, pretendemos voltar.
