Located in a quiet and green street of the condominium of Aldeias do Prumirim, next to the Atlantic forest that practically overlooks the house, the tropical environment and very beachy architecture, brings the property a very relaxed climate. A trail behind the house or the main street is only 3 minutes to the beach or 280 meters. After enjoying the beach, staying in the pool that is integrated with the barbecue, living room and kitchen, watching the colorful birds that visit the house is a surprising thing.
The house is super airy, especially the living room, when all doors and windows open, integrating the environment with the landscape.
The house has 4 suites, three with double bed, and the fourth with a triliche. The total number of people allowed and accommodating is 9 people.
The kitchen with bar and central island is integrated with the dining room, and the barbecue area. In fact every social area of the house is integrated and people are seeing each other.
Living with cable tv also integrates with other environments and nature.
The porch of the house is generous, facing the pool and was decorated with Balinese and Tiradentes Minas Gerais furniture.
The house also has a guest toilet, consisting of 5 bathrooms, a green area in the background with a fire pit for chilly nights, a laundry room, an extra fridge.

This is my second time staying at this amazing house. I just love this place. From infrastructure to nature, you will have everything you need to spend the best vacation of your lives. I recommend it 100%. Will definitely stay again in the near future and already considering being neighbors.

Encontrei um pedaço do Paraíso!
Não sei nem por onde começar, mas vamos lá. Essa casa é simplesmente maravilhosa! Não só as amenidades, mas também a localização da casa. A decoração por dentro e fora, é coisa de revista. Todos os quartos são bem arejados e as áreas comuns também. Todas as manhãs tomávamos café olhando a diversidade de pássaros da área. Da cozinha aos quartos, a casa é toda equipada. Para ir pra Praia de Prumirim, são como uns 5 minutos andando e nem isso. Visitamos a Ilha de Prumirim que é meu lugar favorito agora. O atendimento do dono da casa foi espetacular desde do começo até o fim. Com certeza irei voltar aqui! Super recomendo!
