I booked this many months in advance There were 5 women over 65 . We heard many reasons why the elevators didn’t work but we spoke to an owner and she said they didn’t work for over a yr. Bringing our bags up 4 flights was ruff and they didn’t say that we had beach chairs place was great other wise

I love staying at the property, but this the second year that I have stayed there and the elevator didn't work it's a problem because most of my group is older people that can't go up and down the stairs, also the TV in the living room didn't work

The 3 bedroom condo that we stayed in was great,very clean and had everything we needed,we has a sloght issue with the gate codes,but when i called the host it was taken care of within minutes,the pool was clean but the hot tub stop working due to a propane leak i believe, but iwe were very satisfied with the place and convenience to everything

The only problem: instructions about the cable situation and the remotes was not available. The main TV wasn't connected to cable. We had to program local channels and stream. Providing information around that is important.
