This upstairs 2-bedroom condo on Tybee Island sits directly across from a beach access path — putting the sand within easy walking distance. A private patio, pet-friendly policy, and full kitchen make it easy to settle in with your dog and family. Savannah is 25–30 minutes away. Built for families and pet owners who want walkable beach access without the resort price tag.

This is an upstairs unit. Guests will access the home by climbing the exterior wooden stairs and entering through the front door labeled “B” using a digital keypad.

Inside, you'll find an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, a wicker armchair, and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table with seating for four provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals together.

The unit offers two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.

You can access the patio directly from the living room, creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow.

Best of all, a beach access walking path is located directly across the street!

The location is great. House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water.
