The hotel is well-maintained and clean. I choose it because I was flying into Salisbury MD airport and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. During my travel I called the hotel to ask how I got the shuttle. An angry sounding employee said thd shuttle was just for the flight crew. I advised her that is not what their website said. She told me I could ride the shuttle if there was room but once the flight crew was on the shuttle they would leave immediately even if I had not made it to the shuttle. There was no reason for her to be so rude and unprofessional

$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre. There was no insulation to muffle the neighbors’ noise on same floor and above. It was hard to figure out how to use the shower, which was poor quality and seemed that it could break at any time.
