Annapolis Beachfront Accommodation

Only stayed one night and it was as expected. Not fancy but clean, and the staff was very responsive. I appreciated the free shuttle to downtown. They have a lovely green area with mature blossoming fruit trees behind the hotel and near the pool, giving a small buffer from the highway and a large space to walk your dog. I thought the mattress was going to be too stiff, but I ended up having a great night's sleep. Great water pressure in the shower. Parts of the hotel are a bit aged, but there were no obvious maintenance issues, and it seemed like they were on top of keeping things working. Except there was no fan in the bathroom and it was like a steam room after my shower -- that was odd. The warm cookies at check in were a blessing since we didn't have time for dinner.

No microwave, no towel hangers the best thing was the shops and restaurants nearby

Valet parking while convenient did not arrive on time on the day of the marathon and nearly ended being late for the start line:( the staff barely acknowledged the miss.
