Good experience

Room was clean and smell good. Was pleasantly surprised that breakfast included warm foods (sausage, gravy) in addition to the traditional muffins and bread. Although, was disappointed that the yogurt was expired. Definitely needed more towels than provided in the room (just asked the front desk). Owners were super kind and made sure our stay went well. Felt very welcome. Ice and vending machines easy accessible. Hotel seemed half full and the area is extremely busy but noticed zero noise inside. Check in and out was quick and easy. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

Lied about breakfast

Room was fine but old. A/C was excellent. Breakfast was NOT as advertised. Even called on the way there and told breakfast was omlets, bacon, pancakes... they had sausage patties, "congealed gravy", biscuits that looked and felt 5 days old, yogurt and cereal. Not a breakfast for a diabetic... needed protein that i was told they would have. Talked to customer service and they apologized but did not offer any compensation or future stay discount. Will not be back

There wasnt an elevator and when I call the office to ask about and explained I had a handicap son with me, no offer of switching to first floor. No information provided on where the ice machine was, no in room coffee. The security gate stayed open 24 hours, not in a good area of town. The fan in the bathroom wouldnt turn off. Will not being staying at a Days Inn again. Thought the Wyndham properties were of better quality .

Overall, didn’t feel safe in the area of town. The noise level from the outside was disturbing. The bathroom was not clean with limited towels. The remote control was “sticky.” My husband and I actually left and did not sleep there. We decided to drive 5 hours to get home without rest.
