Alex who checked us in was fabulous! The elevator was down at the time but he got us on the second floor so it was terrible. Many of the rooms were not ready but Alex found a room for us at check in. The sheets were stained and there were several bugs on the curtains. They were bugs from outside NOT BED BUGS. Every thing else was great. Would stay again. Cant say enough nice things about Alex!

Elevator was out, I am handicap and moving luggage downstairs was horrific. I have a broke neck which makes me unable to look down or sideways, therefore walking downstairs is more than dangerous for me. Elevator was out for several days.
