Une catastrophe

Nous n'avons pas du tout aimĂ© l'hĂŽtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, dĂ©solĂ© mais je suis déçu d'hĂŽtel.com Ă©galement parce que le prix affichĂ© sur le site est 3 x plus Ă©levĂ© que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'Ă©taient mĂȘme pas changĂ©, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des prĂ©cĂ©dentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dĂ» demander Ă  ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'Ă©tais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette literie. La salle de bain Ă©tait pleine de moisissures. Pas de chasse qui fonctionne pour la toilette. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit. L'odeur des remontĂ©es provenant de la salle de bain. Une catastrophe. Les fenĂȘtres ne se fermaient pas et idem dans la chambres des enfants, alors je vous dit pas le bruit ( parce que un hĂŽpital a proximitĂ©)et le froid dans lequel nous avons dormi. Je suis trĂšs déçu d'hĂŽtel.com. j'ai Ă©tĂ© bien naĂŻve de croire aux photos publiĂ©es sur le site hotel.com. alors que sur Google on voit bien que l'hĂŽtel de dehors est dans un Ă©tat de dĂ©labrement avancĂ©.
