Our room was clean and was spacious and the hotel has a unique decor. The staff at the hotel were VERY friendly. The breakfast buffet gave a variety of foods everyday and was included in our daily price. We would stay there again. The only down side was the air conditioning was not turned on yet and you only had the fan from it. It got pretty warm and it was humid.

The location of this hotel is perfect: it really is right next to the medina, and the people-watching is great. The staff are super friendly. The only disappointment was the breakfast.

Absolutely amazing service. I have asked the team for a couple of photos and did it so well. And it was so great just to sit until 11 o'clock at night in the patio with a cup of coffee just in the very heart of the city. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is just magical, gorgeous in every corner, the hallways, the mirrors, the rooms. Stunning, the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is beyond amazing. So much to choose from and everything was delicious. (I will miss fresh dates for breakfast every day.) We fully recommend this hotel.

Toilet Pit

I’ll address each terrible star: Cleanliness was absolutely horrendous. Brown spot on the sheets and lubricant smeared on the desk. Eco: bathroom leaked from the very possible source Comfort: bed was disgusting and bellied, made of cheap factory foam with a sheet in it Location: center of Tunis, but the center where everyone screams and yells Breakfast was inedible, coffee was NESCAFÉ mud in a carafe, and service didn’t exist. As in, there was one guy working the desk This hotel holds the dubious honor of being in the top 10 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I’m including all of the other toilet hole Third World countries that I’ve been to. This hotel and its owner should be ashamed of themselves for even operating a business much less having the gall to charge US$100 a night.
