Staff was pretty rude, the WiFi didn’t work. Room was trashy as all get out. Tub was nasty. Didn’t look clean. The tv didn’t work. It was a joke of a hotel.

The area immediately around building sketch. Late night stop for us booked at last minute but sleeping in a gas station truck stop would have been safer. Appears to be low income SRO than a motel. Loud residents & thin walls. Heavy cannabis use. Broken locks. No blankets. Dimly lit rooms. Total shooting gallery vibes. We went into the room, backed out and did not bother spending the night. Took our chances driving to OK City instead despite being exhausted on the road. Pictures are out of date. Expedia should pull this property from their site until it gets remodeled. Lady behind counter was kind & pleasant to work with. Unfortunately this place is a HARD PASS. Avoid if possible.

Room had no towels or blankets, plus we reserved a king size bed but at check in they had none available, asked for upgrade to suite but none available as well. Front attendant was nice and did best she could to accommodate us and make up for short falls but was also limited in making up for troubles with any type of discount.

1st given wroung room type, it was in very bad shape, rusty tub and stool, smelled bad. 2nd room was not much better, missing lights, wall recepticles without covers. Decided to cut loss and booked another hotel.

Upon arrival you will be fooled by the state of the building. The lobby appeared to be undergoing updates and smelled decent. I mention smell because once you get off the elevator to go to your room you're hit in the face with cigarettes, urine, and other unmentionables. Due to health concerns, burn holes in the bedding, and overall lack of cleanliness; I refused to stay the night and have asked for a refund. The staff was kind, apologetic, and helpful.

The Cockroach Hotel This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. When I got to the room, there were about five or six cockroaches running all over the door. The moment I opened it, I saw hundreds of cockroaches crawling inside the room — on the floor, the walls, everywhere. I was in complete shock. I went straight back to the front desk and told them there was no way I could stay there. They said they would cancel my stay but couldn’t cancel the security deposit, and told me to call customer service instead. I called, but the automated system just kept saying, “Press 1 for reservations…” and never connected me to a real person. I tried ten times before finally reaching someone, only to be told that I had to call the hotel again the next day to get my deposit back. It was such a nightmare. The night staff clearly had no idea how the refund system worked. I arrived late at night, exhausted, and had to deal with all this after seeing a room infested with cockroaches. I felt sick to my stomach. I immediately went next door to the Quality Suites, which was spotless and safe — what a relief after that disgusting experience. If you care about cleanliness or basic hygiene, do not stay here.

There was urine in the toilet when I checked into the room; the manager’s reaction was, “Well, was the rest of the room clean?” I was willing to try a second room, but it had dead bugs on the floor and cigarette burns in the sheets. I had to ask for a refund and book a different hotel. This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in; I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It looked nothing like the photos. It was very gross, rundown, and felt unsafe. Some of the rooms glass doors were broken. Our room didn't have a peep hole in the door, it was just a hole so you could see right in! There were stains and holes everywhere. No toilet paper, the furniture was all gross and pulled away from the walls. Lastly, the cherry on top was that we found bedbugs in the bed. We could not even bring ourselves to stay more than 30min.
