FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR THE WORKING CLASS 👍👍👍

My wife and I often stay in or near catoosa for work. Dollar for dollar this is hands down the best place in town to stay. We've stayed at basically every hotel in the area. We've NEVER had a problem with our accommodations. The staff is always friendly, and eager to help.

Toxic and rude

The good part was a comfortable bed and hot water for a relaxing bath Check in was bad as we were given a room with mold It was moist and very musty i immediately got a headache and became nauseous when we asked to change rooms we were given the room next door Better from the mold but sprayed full of toxic chemicals. Not much better.but we were able to air it out after leaving the door and window open for an hour We were then treated very rudely by staff as I was trying to explain that I get anaphylaxis to chemicals and mold Didn’t stay for breakfast as the lobby was full of harsh smells too. Check in was obviously a nightmare. I walked in and immediately started choking. Which upset them So sorry the health of your customers means so little to you
