The room was clean, food was good, staff was friendly. Lady refilling breakfast should get a raise, was doing the work of two people and SUPER nice. Downside, coffee was Folgers and had. Room service took towels but didn’t leave clean ones, didn’t finish the room, seemed like they must have gotten interrupted? But they brought towels quickly when we contacted room service !

The front desk was very friendly. The housekeeping was sorry. The first time they cleaned they left no clean towels and didn’t clean the bathroom. The second time they cleaned they didn’t put any bags in the trash cans.

Hotel room was a little dirty, bad paint jobs, beds were hard, not enough parking and there were some teams of teens there (which is fine since I was there for a tournament with my daughter) but these kids were still running up and down the hall at midnight slamming doors and screaming. I tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one would answer. I did 3 stars because the staff was very friendly everytime I did speak to them.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. What stood out was the wonderful support from the desk clerk who registered and assigned the room. She was on the ball, informing me where to park my car, arranging for an early airport transport, having a to-go bag breakfast prepared, a wake-up call, plus a great bed. She was arranging each request as we spoke. Never seen that before at any hotel. A+ for her.

The room was very comfortable clean and affordable. The gentleman (I think Bobby) that checked me out in the morning was so friendly and helpful. This was my first time staying at a Spark and I was very impressed.
