It was a beautiful facility in a great part of town. Everyone was friendly and helpful when I got lost a couple of times. I would definitely go back.

The staff was Great!! Very helpful. Should have security walking around parking lot at night. We had at least 3-5 laughing and screaming in the parking lot from 1AM-3:30. Should may have been asked do you want a room on first level because you have to walk to elevator since other is shut down. Did not live up the the Sheraton name. Even around the pool and dim lighting inside the rooms. Not a go back for me.

The room was clean and everyone fit!! Very pet friendly, good breakfast (included). Pool is big and clean. Microwave and mini fridge in room! We had pets and grandkids, all had a great time.

Disappointed

Check in experience was an example of how not to treat a guest. We walked in and the person did not acknowledge us. Instead she was hidden behind the monitor and talking to housekeeping about closing rooms, etc. Tuen when she was finished and did ask how to help - it was transactional. The room had an odd smell when we walked in. The gate to the area of the rooms was trashed with what looked like room service plates and food left on them. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows felt like the stuffing was separated inside and flat.

I like the room. I didn’t like fake balconies. I if you can’t stand on it then it’s fake. Literally there way too many rules. Jacuzzi and pool area close at 9 that’s absurd! Just close it at 7 lol . You can’t bring your own food and use oilutside tables that’s absurd as well. Can’t smoke..can stand there…etc. you go try enjoy your stay but too many rules ruin it. Area is clean. Staff seems nice but when I left my 200 dollars hair straightener tool there of course housekeeping pretend not to find it. How convenient! Right! Don’t leave anything there you will never get it back. I don’t think I’m gonna stay there again
