Convenient to nearly everything you want to do in Tucson Northwest and a tastefully and completely remodeled home! Enjoy this Jr Suite with a King size bed, kitchenette with sink, mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooking hot plate, private bathroom, sitting/reading lounge chair, dining or study table, and personal washer and dryer. Conveniently located 2 miles east of the I-10 Freeway. Location! Location! NW Central Tucson and only 15 minutes driving distance to the University of Arizona. This single-family home has a fenced front yard with one-car private parking. Many fun indoor and outdoor activities and social events are plentiful year-round! Outdoor activities include biking, bicycling, walking, skydiving in Marana (30 minutes away), and much more. There are many indoor activities to enjoy like indoor skydiving simulation, concerts and musicals at the Tucson Convention Center, Fox Theater shows and venues. The Children's Museum and enjoy learning about Old Pueblo's history at one of Downtown Tucson's Historic museums. Please do not park under the carport. Instead, please park in front of a designated #2 parking spot. great location but . . . . arrived - no TV,no WiFi, no heat , no curtain, no coffee maker, no bath mat - day 5 frig flooded lost most of our food ( $30) great 99Cent store nearby to buy amenities we made it work for us !
