This was a wonderful place to stay while we were in Oro Valley. The condo was super clean and cozy. We appreciated the gifts (wine, especially!), but it was also nice to have full soap containers at each sink and all supplies were well stocked and of a high quality. Deanna & Garrett were quick to respond and we were grateful they allowed us to stay an additional night when our plans changed. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Arizona. Thank you!

We truly like this condo. The beds were really comfortable and the unit was on the first floor, so if you are in your 70’s like we are, this unit is really convenient versus lugging suitcases up about 25 steps to the second floor. Well furnished!

From pre-trip to check out, everything was perfect. The property is very quiet with a pool and hot tub 25 yards from the back door. Easy parking, with one shaded. Two very comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen and everything else you could ask for. Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountain. My son and I stayed for a week and golfed in mountain biked. Our host were great at communicating and making sure that we had everything we needed.

GREAT Property!

This is a beautiful property, and the owners have thought of EVERYTHING that a short term tenant will need. Excellent communication from owner and outstanding service.VRBO, however, was a true pain in the backside. They consistently refused to verify our reservation, despite the fact that we reserved the property a year ago and submitted a substantial deposit. VRBO's customer "no-service" was consistently unhelpful and refused to resolve the problem. Fortunately we were able to contact the property owner directly and resolve the issue quickly, but we will think long and hard before leasing a property through VRBO, and both owners and prospective renters should boycott them until their customer service makes a dramatic improvement.

Winter vacation

My family and I had a wonderful trip to AZ staying in this lovely condo located in a great area, accessible to Catalina State Park, and other areas for walking/hiking. Oro Valley is close for day trips to Tucson to visit botanical gardens, national parks, state parks, and museums. The VRBO condo owners were immediately responsive to any questions or issues that arose during my stay. I can highly recommend this condo for VRBO stays.

We had a great stay! You can tell a lot of thought went into hosting. Everything you could ask for was provided and more. Beds and furniture were so cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the parking, the security and the community surrounding the condo. Access to the pool/hot tub was great. Tons of extras, especially if you have littles that like to play in the pool!

We replaced smoke alarm battery in dining room Didn’t notice smoke alarm in mb not in place. Found it in dresser top left drawer. We needed a little ladder to install so still in drawer. Knob on mb dresser marked with blue tape came off, tried gluing. May need more work. Had a great time will be back next year!

First, Deanna and Garrett are great Hosts! Communication was great and we were welcomed with a lovely basket of goodies! Home is clean and everything works. Nice touches are motion sensing night lights to help you navigate at night... They can also be turned off if you'd prefer not to have the light. Property is well maintained and in a good location for Oro Valley activities. Master bed is comfortable... We didn't use the other one. Will definitely consider again if we need it on our next Oro Valley visit!

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month of March. We had our dog with us and loved the handy access to 2 different spots with plastic bags plus a place to dispose of the bags. We also had our 2 sons & family visit for 2 separate weeks. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and all the different amenities we don’t usually find at a rental. We could tell the owners care about their property and try to make it the best! Our questions were always answered within a short period of time too. We would definitely rent this property again.

We loved the location of this property. The mountains are close by and provide lovely views. The pool and hot tub are close to the condo's backdoor, so that was very convenient. While it is not in downtown Tucson, it was close enough to drive there as well as things to do and great restaurants close by.
