Such a cute apartment and well equipped for our stay. It was cozy, quiet and a perfect spot for visiting near AU and a quick trip downtown. We loved the porch, yard, and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely return! The only issue is that the bed is a little unsupportive and the pillows are pretty flat, so might not be the best if you have a bad back - or you might want to bring your own pillow.

Perfect casita. Very clean. Perfectly appointed. Convenient location. Quiet area in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. Perfect for one , a couple with fur baby or child. There is also a sofa-couch. Its southwestern charm is perfectly set. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable and felt at home.

Sam Hughes neighborhood charm

Classic older home well switched up into 2 casitas. Owner kept old fixtures, flooring, and windows while modernizing for upscale comfort. The perfecct mix for us. We did not expect a casita with the old neighborhood feel present. What a sweet surprise. Tea on the SE facing front porch was a great way to pretend we lived there, as locals walked dogs, jogged, strolled or biked by.
