Last minute cancellation

Host, only cancelled after I called looking for the access code on day of arrival. Host stated on cancellation that I did not meet age requirement. I am 61, and actually copy of text where host manager state property was already rent for a month with another person. Funds were refined, but I incurred additional expenses and inconvenientes on a holiday weekend.
