Welcome to 571 Harbor Ridge Drive. This home provides the ultimate Bear Lake Reserve experience. Only steps away from the Lake Club, this lakefront home is one of the closest rentals to the hub of all our amenities and activities that the community offers.

This spacious two-story, 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath home has large windows that overlook Bear Creek Lake. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the covered deck of either level of the home as you watch the sunrise over the lake in your private lakefront cottage. Did we mention the incredible panoramic unobstructed lakefront and mountain views throughout?

Upstairs you will find a warm and comfortable living room with stone wood burning fireplace, beautiful pine floors, soaring cathedral cedar ceilings and dining area, all furnished to optimize the breathtaking mountain and lake views from every room in the home.
The spacious chef's kitchen has 10' ceilings, granite countertops, white cabinets, a large center island and barstools and state of the art Bosch stainless appliances This kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare even your largest family dinner, with premium tableware, dishware, utensils, bakeware, and cookware. The master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, is located on the main floor and has a private en suite bathroom with dual sinks. An additional powder room is located upstairs for your convenience.

As you make your way downstairs, you will find an additional family room with COREtec Plus “Carolina Pine” flooring, and 9' ceilings. Panoramic glass doors provide access to the second deck, complete with private steps leading directly to the lake. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed. An additional full bath is located downstairs for your convenience. This home is not pet friendly.

At Bear Lake Reserve, the possibilities are endless. No matter what time of year a getaway is in order, the temperature, surroundings and the people are bound to make it an unforgettable adventurous experience.
