"Very nice hotel . I found the staff very hit and miss either incredibly helpful and lovely or really really rude . Vlato at the bar, Rosario at check in and Vendran at the restaurant for one were amazing and so lovely and a credit to the hotel. But the piano bar manager and some staff , Remi , Andreja ..."

"A complementary bottle of water each apon arrival would have made a good impression.... Especially during the highest temperatures of the year ... We found the bed was very uncomfortable although the air con was a lifesaver, so that was a plus.... Food was all good and the staff were friendly"
