This floor includes 1 double bedroom with a private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a second double bedroom also equipped with a shower and WC. A third room on this level is fitted with 2 single beds. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. A shared shower room with bidet and WC completes the upper level.

Accessible via an exterior staircase, the lower ground floor operates as a self-contained living space. It features its own living and dining area with direct access to the veranda, 1 double bedroom, and a fourth room with 2 single beds. A kitchenette on this level is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer, and the floor is served by its own shower room with bidet and WC.
