Enter with a welcome from Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, Pacino in Scarface and of course, the skinless man - he's a scientific display, so it's ok.

Going out for dinner?? Head out on the town in one of our lovely wigs, or don a Los Alamos National Labs helmet. Did you forget your hideous purse? Borrow one of ours!

Or cooking at home?? The kitchen is very well equipped to handle your needs - toaster, microwave, forks, German polka records, glasses, toaster (same one as before), coffee cups, waffle maker (doubles as a paper weight, triples as a frisbee), light switches, plates/bowls, pots, skillets, Captain America, cooking oils/spices and that same toaster again.

Need some light reading? We've thought of everything, from "Windows 95 for Dummies" to literary romance gems like "Protecting the Pregnant Princess"! (No extra charge)

Oh...and you might like our 72 inch soaker tub and endless hot water, if you're into that sort of luxury. We realize that it's not for everyone. If you prefer a smaller soaker tub, just add two or more dogs to take up the extra space.

The street is pin drop quiet at night, btw.

The other bathroom has an oversized double shower. Bonus - also with hot water! Boom! And they said it couldn't be done.

Enjoy lots of family photos! (reminders that in the future, some ungrateful offspring might just dump off all of our most important family memories at a Goodwill.)

The bedrooms are spacious and feature new queen beds, high quality bedding, and blackout curtains (but full disclosure - only one of the bedrooms features five Bret Favres. However, the one that is Favre-less, does have a sliding barn door and pot smoking hippie lion t-shirt.)

But what sets us apart from so many short term rentals is that we have ceilings in ALL of our rooms!

Special behind-the-scenes peek: Tragically, someone took four NSYNC marionettes, still in original packaging from 2001, to the Trinidad city dump and just left them there. We found them and saved them from certain demise. Now, YOU TOO can enjoy them!

What we don't provide: expired half-empty box of pancake mix, War and Peace original manuscript, backup toaster, Nintendo Game Boy, good times, butter.

Weekend in Trinidad

This property was so fun to stay in. I was constantly discovering a new piece of art. As a "baby boomer" I so appreciated the nostalgia. Property was exactly as described. Everything was clean, couch, chairs and bed comfy. The decor, pics, colors, furniture, everything was so fun and gave us hours of entertainment, just looking at everything!! We love this very clean, accommodating and fun house and all it has to offer. Great bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area. We travel with pets and it’s perfect. Very clean and has everything you need. Looking forward to our next stay!

The name of the home is the perfect description!

This home is so fun! My husband and I came with our 2 dogs for a little birthday getaway. It was perfect. My husband says that this has been one of his favorite bdays. The only thing I would say that was missing was a fenced area for the dogs to be off leash in. We would definitely come back!

Very unique place.

I didn’t read the instructions well enough and it allowed smoking and we don’t smoke. We just opened windows and managed. But over all enjoyed our stay. Very easy to get in and the owners didn’t expect much before we left so easy to pack up and leave. Had everything we needed for the weekend.

Beautiful decorating touches; everywhere you look, something interesting to look at. House was comfortable, clean and spacious. Host was quick to respond to questions and gave good recommendations for places to eat. Wife loved the great soaker tub. Relaxing stay in Trinidad

We are 70 year old sisters and had a hoot with the decor. Took us awhile to get the 420 reference 😊 but we grew up in the 60’s and 70’s and no longer need to indulge. Really enjoyed our stay. We wished we were staying longer.

A nice peaceful anniversary

My wife and 2 pups had a great stay here. This is actually the first place we stayed at where we could tell our 2 miniature Dachshunds were comfortable. The quaint nature of the house fit in perfect with the small town it is located in. We planned to adventure out but we were too busy napping in the cozy house. This place may be a favorite. The tub took a little finesse to fill with hot water but it was well worth the effort.
