May cause chemical burns!

I only had my feet in while my daughter was fully immersed, enjoying a moment of relaxation. After about 10 minutes, she suddenly felt an intense burning sensation on her skin and had to get out immediately. As soon as she stepped out, we noticed welts forming on her arms and legs, and her army green swimsuit had faded to an off-green and yellow color. Not only is her $50 swimsuit completely ruined, but she suffered chemical burns on her skin. And to make matters worse, the hotel staff didn’t seem to care at all. When we reported the incident to the front desk, all we got was a dismissive, "OMG, I'm so sorry," before they moved on to the next customer without offering any real assistance.

I was double charged for pet deposit. Supposed to be a deposit, but neither of the two charges were ever refunded. Used Wyndham digital check-in but it didn't matter. had to still fill out paperwork upon arrival; what was the point of the digital check-in then?

Everything was really nice and ran well even for spring break. The only issue I had was the mattress was absolutely terrible. One was like a rock and the other you would just roll into the middle of the bed. The good thing was my wife had no chance of running from me, she just kept rolling back. LOL One more thing as a parent to other parents…. Be a parent of kids not rabbid animals no wonder schools lose teachers.

A gem in Trinidad

Always my go to spot when traveling to the mountains! Amazing sunset and mountain views from the back patio and the best breakfast (get the green chili sauce on everything).

Beautiful hotel! The view from the breakfast area was beautiful. In the summer you can sit outside on the patio. Breakfast was really good. The room had all the amenities. The location is right outside of one of the state parks.

The hotel was fine for one night stop. My side of bed had no convenient outlet within reach so looked behind nightstand for a place to charge my phone and it was pretty disgusting back there. The linens were clean and bathroom was fine so had I not seen that, I'd probably rated higher . Maybe get bedside lamps with plugs in them like many hotels have these days. The staff was great and i appreciated that they had a lady making the eggs, toast, etc rather than a buffet where you don't know who's touched what. The coffee was very good too. Very convenient to I25 and only short drive to Main St. restaurants.
