Bedding was not very comfortable. Scratchy and hard to get cozy. No free coffee in the lobby and bought a very expensive black coffee that actually was horrible. Good hot tub and pool and lounge, but the music in the lounge was annoying.

The room was beautiful and had a very nice touches, the soaps, shampoo and conditioner, the mini bar was amazing and they had a complimentary glass of champagne and water and oats. The bathroom was so cool, the mirror was lighted and there was a "rain" shower head. The front desk staff was so kind and even in the Artisan, I got in there pretty close to closing abd still accommodated me with kindess. Also will be a day to always remember and the suite as well because we got engaged here on 1-22-2026.

The room we had was paper thin walls. Could hear all the kids and a crying baby. The TV didnt have streaming available so we had to watch whatever that was on television (spoiled I know but it is nice to have). Otherwise the room was very clean, love the view, and love the staff there.

The hotel and room was absolute fresh smelling and clean. They plowed and shoveled very often and thrown salt down before it was needed! Pool whirlpool and sauna was absolutely perfect. Due to the extreme temperatures ( or lack of) the outdoor pool was closed. Which was our entire reasoning for this trip. We understand... but finding out upon arrival was a huge bummer.

This was our second stay at The Delamar. We have really enjoyed our stays. The rooms are always clean, they actually smell good and the bed is sooo comfy. The snack tray in the room is always full, the fridge was full and there were also options to buy alcohol in the room. The staff was accommodating and we loved renting a cabana at the outdoor pool. Highly recommend that also with your stay.

Staff was courteous and helpful, but the hotel leaves a bit to be desired. The rooms are small, and although recently renovated, are a bit tired. Over a January weekend, the vibe was loud and party oriented. Lots of people milling around the lobby in robes, due to the heated outdoor pool.

The room was perfectly clean and nicely furnished. We weren’t there long enough to dine or tour the grounds, just a quick overnight before an early flight. The shuttle did not start early enough for us to use so we had to take Lyft, but our driver no showed and we ended up in a taxi to the airport.
