When we arrived, there was a person asking that we let him into the place. We did not let him in, but it was uncomfortable and did not make us feel safe. I texted the “virtual front desk” and they did not respond for more than 15 minutes. This not the level of service that you expect at a hotel. This “virtual” concept is not working.

Rooms were okay. Wonky floor - uneven in several places. No hand soap so we had to call for thst. Beds firm, linens clean. Our biggest beef, noisy. Heavt traffic all night long, hence the 4 sets of ear plugs on offer. I still heard the cars, however.

Pricey

New design style but dusty and lots of left overs from the previous guests. The sounds from the second floor came pounding through the ceiling. Prices were high as it was a Friday through Sunday trip and after looking at Monday through Thursday pricing found it to be over double.
