The Space:

Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 4. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower. *Please note this suite has a STEP DOWN as you open the door to enter*







Front Street Suites are right off of Front Street at the beginning of downtown Traverse City, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars TC has to offer.

This Studio was perfectly located downtown, we walked everywhere. Room is very clean and modern, bed comfortable and great shower. We will stay here again. Only think management could do is upkeep of the outdoor spaces, lots of spiderwebs/spiders in the outdoor entries

Not a one bedroom!

They advertise this under the heading of “one bedroom” and then note later on in the detailed description and try and call it a “one bedroom studio”. That is not such a thing. It is a very small studio. That is it. Also, fairly shabby complex with very old carpet in the hallways. AC was subpar and while it cooled the unit, everything was damp and sticky in the room.

Good location, could be better responsiveness to issues

The property was pretty much as advertised, but we were informed shortly before our stay that the fold up table was not working, and would not lock in the 'table' position. The issue was not corrected during our stay and, while apologetic, the property rep was unwilling to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of having no usable table in the unit. If considering unit 4, please check that the table has been fixed ahead of booking.

Great location and just enough space!

Great rental near all that downtown Traverse has to offer. I would describe the unit as similar to a hotel room. It was perfect for our needs since we didn’t need a kitchen and it was just the two of us. Would stay here again.

Decent Place with Some Issues

The room seemed newly renovated and was very clean but it did have a few issues. The biggest one was the door lock. It had an electronic type lock and would not lock the door when activated from the outside without repeating it several times while manipulating the door at the same time. My 2 brothers and their wives stayed in 2 adjacent rooms and all of us had the same problem. Another issue I had was the step-down into the room from the door. Although there is a sign on the door telling you to watch your step, this was not mentioned in the description for the room. So as soon as you open the door, the first step into the room is about a 7-8 inch step-down into the room. They did provide Kuerig coffee pods for the coffee maker but no sweetener/sugar or cream was provided. For the price of this room, I feel at least some of these issues could have been addressed earlier prior.
