Experience Traverse City like a local in this 6-bedroom house. With 4 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 king bed, this brilliant property offers plenty of space for guests to relax. Enjoy the quaint living room with a cozy queen bed and a futon for extra sleeping arrangements. The adorable bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Traverse City.

Interior:
The interior features vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, natural stone fireplace to keep you cozy and air conditioning to keep you cool during the summer months. Large windows showcase the fabulous views of West Bay and allow for the natural lighting of morning sun. The main floor has a large primary bedroom with a king size bed, spacious full private bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV and a slider to the deck; amazing waterfront views greet you in the morning. The second bedroom houses a queen size bed and is located next to an additional full size bathroom. The beautiful kitchen and dining area is located between the two main floor bedrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and lots of storage for your food and treats. The living area faces the water, features expansive windows, a sofa sleeper and has a slider that leads you to the large deck.
The upstairs features an open staircase, vaulted cedar plank ceilings and an upper loft for relaxing and playing games. It has a futon for lounging and napping on. A great space to retreat to! The upper floor has 4 additional bedrooms; two of them house queen beds, one features a full size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 queen size beds. Lots of sleeping options! You will also find 2 additional large full size bathrooms upstairs as well. All of the linens are included, and a full size washer and dryer are available to use in the lower level as well.

Exterior:
Gorgeous log "A-Frame" home with a large deck. This property has 104 feet of private waterfront directly across the street. The waterline is completely sandy, large, and the bottom is also sandy...perfect for any age! A fire pit is located on the beach, along with some chairs to enjoy the glow of the fire at night. Additional folding chairs may also be used, as they're located around the second firepit in the front yard. The deck features a gas grill with a griddle top, as well as tables and chairs for dining and enjoying that bottle of wine that your purchased locally after wine touring. Cheers!

This large house easily accommodated the ten of us (five couples). The kitchen was large and spacious, and nobody got in each other's way when we were getting our coffee or snacks. We were only there for a weekend but enough time to get settled in where we didn't want to leave. On both nights we used the outdoor fire pits (one by the water and one in front of the house). Overall, it was a nice stay and would rent again in the future.

Even better than we expected

We rented this house as a way to celebrate our daughter's first birthday with some special friends who have become like family. We loved that there were plenty of beds, four full bathrooms and enough space to enjoy a meal and time on the beach. The water is a little rocky so I would recommend bringing some Teva sandals if you have them.

Family Retreat

Property was perfect for a family get away. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and socialize. House was located close to Traverse City, Suttons Bay and Glen Arbor for day trips. Plenty of things to do near by too. Host, Laurie, was great to work with and was available to answer any questions if anything came up. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
