The location was great for us to go to casino, downtown Traverse City, and to wineries. Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub was nice, and the place was clean. Only think I didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful room! King suite with a balcony that walked right out onto the beach! Came equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sleeper sofa. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included.

Great beach views, first time in the suite. It was very dated, and the table's chairs were dirty. The biggest disappointment was the front desk. We called to confirm our reservations, but the man wasn't very friendly or helpful. However, the most frustrating was not being able to use the main room TV for Netflix. We couldn't get it to connect because there was no "source" on the remote. Called the desk for assistance - not helpful at all. Said he supposed he could call maintenance. No one ever came.

This is a real gem of a hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful balcony with a bay view and there is a private beach for guests. Breakfast is delivered right to your room each morning and there is coffee in the lobby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
