Beautiful!

We were actually surprised at how beautiful, clean, and well organized the room was. The resort was beautiful. It was so pleasant to be able to access the beach for the sunrise over the bay. We hope our travels take us to this destination again because it was a great experience that we would welcome repeating! Breakfast options were good and delivery to our door was a blessing, too.

This was a great place to stay with the family. It was right on the water and had nice views of the bay. The hotel had a nice indoor pool with hot tub and a small arcade for the kids. The breakfast is a boxed breakfast that is delivered to your door at your requested time. It was nice to bring on the road with us as we headed out to explore the Traverse City area.

Was just a really nice stay. They texted a few times to make sure that I had everything I needed. When I texted back they responded quickly. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The property is kept up well. The scenery is amazing. I appreciated the boxed breakfast.

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our beautiful view of the water, and our room was nice and spacious, and seemed to be updated. However, our walk-in shower was full of black mold on the bottom of the sliding glass doors and in the tracks and yes, we did report it but nothing was done. We have stayed here before and did not have this issue. We did enjoy our stay and they do have a very nice pool and hot tub. It’s a nicely located resort, because it’s not far from downtown Traverse city and wineries are nice and close by.

We went early to sign in and ask the lady if she could call us when our rooms were ready, she said they would, they never did. Parking area was good, inside hot tub and pool good. Work out room could use improvements, like a workout station. Rooms could be cleaner and more updated. We found cobwebs on the ceilings, in the fall season the spiders come out more. The other staff members was nice and helpful better then the lady we ask if we could check in early for, it seemed like we were bothering her. We did not like a pick menu for the continental breakfast (but had some choices) to drop to your door in the morning idea. We like to go down in a designated dining area for to sit down for a more choices (one like waffle makers) while we are getting our day going in the morning. I did not like the shower in the morning had low pressure and shower head could be a lot better, like more shower head settings. I like too be fair, I think the management are caring people for their customers and did not contact them because of our busy schedules and believe they will consider some Improvements, they did ask about our your stay and to let them know if we need anything which is better than some.
