We never got into the condo! I never received an email after the initial confirmation. We arrived at the unit, called the phone number provided and I was told they had no reservation for me and that they didn’t even manage that property. I called hotels.com. They had no information either tent credit card was charged and the number the credit card company gave me to call was the same phone number. It was a mess. It was cold, dark, raining, 3 hours from home with a crying baby. I ended up booking thru vrbo with no issues and now have to dispute this charge.
