Other things to note
• This property contains stairs and steps. Not suitable for those with limited mobility or young children.

• As we are close to the nature reserve and neighbours with a lot of greenery, native wildlife may cause some noise. Please be aware that during fruiting season bats may drop fruit.

• Being a traditional Queenslander home with casement windows, flyscreens are not installed on this property. Please be mindful that insects may be attracted to light sources during the evenings with the windows open. Bug spray has been provided.

• Pool and garden maintenance may be conducted during your stay. Prior notice will be given.

• Waterfall on the pool is on a timer for the morning and afternoons, please refrain from entering the pool pumping area as this has been set to automatic for your enjoyment.

• The pool has an average depth of 1500mm and is not suitable for diving.

• No Glassware, pets or smoking in the pool areas. Cans and plastic are ok.

• Please dispose of garbage in the appropriate bins during your stay and at the end of your stay (red – general waste, Yellow – recycling)

• Please leave kitchen clean and tidy with Dishes put away and or/in dishwasher prior to departure.
