Fantastique!!

This is by far the most adorable home and the kindest owner in Normandy! My family of five stayed here in June 2025. The house is easy to find, and directions for getting the keys were clear and easy to follow. There was plenty of room for all five of us. The kids loved the patio and enjoyed evenings outside. There are tons of games for kids to play, regardless of language spoken. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there was a lovely dining room table to fit all of us and more. There is an incredible bakery just minutes away. Staying here, we really felt like we were part of this calm and quiet suburb of Caen, yet a short drive from all the amazing sights. We happened to be staying there in the middle of an epic European heat wave. We asked the owner (Florian) about some fans after the first night. The air conditioner was downstairs, and all the beds are upstairs. Florian was so kind...he paused time with his family to help make sure we were comfortable. He went to five different stores looking for fans (like everyone else in Caen!), and finally found some. Thank you Florian for your attentiveness, for your patience with my broken French while explaining the situation, and for giving us a great memory of Normandy. When we return to Caen next time, we will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing!!

This place was great. Super clean, comfy place. Has parking available and area to seat outside. Great view. Communication with the owner was amazing too, very attentive. Close to restaurants. Definitely a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
