Located in the heart of Fayence, halfway between sea and mountains, not far from the beaches of Cannes, Frejus, St Tropez, Nice and Monaco but also 1hr de Castellane, the Verdon Gorges (extraordinary site not to be missed ), next to the famous gliding, our property is in the countryside, long way which gives it the distinction of n have no passage and therefore without vis-à-vis.
You stay next to large fields and facing the forest.
In this villa of 110 m2, you will spend your vacation on the south facing pool, surrounded by 2000 m2 of land fenced with electric gate.
You can also enjoy shade (ideal for a nap!), A ball field, a ping pong table, children's games.
The house consists of a large living-dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms each with a double bed, possibility cot. The living room and two bedrooms overlook the pool and a very large terrace equipped with a store, a garden table and chairs.
The property enjoys the benefits of the campaign but nevertheless a 5 min of shops (in s' walk there).
Everything needed for a holiday in peace !!!

Great property

The house and garden with pool were great and as described. The weather was hot and the air conditioning worked really well. Laurent was helpful and friendly. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if we visited the area again.

All fine and good

We enjoyed the our stay very much - this is main description of our stay. Property offers very good localisation (end of the ground road, so nobody passes near by). House is equipped very well with the all the needed stuff (also even babington, ping-pong table and boules). Need to be written honestly, that sport airplanes are very often flying around (airport is 3km away from the place), it was a dozen planes a day. For us it was not a problem - for kids it was even a fun, but if you look for 100% silent place - I would consider that fact as "question mark". It was a pitty that owner in not english speaker and we did not speak french, we did not expect also that owner will speak in polish ;) So we felt like sorry to be unable communicate - it would be great to be able to disccus about the nearest region, interesting places, food, restaurants and so on. Generally speaking, it was very good time, with good quality house (kitchen was full of equipment!). WiFi was working perfectly, pool was ok, it was great idea to make pool souranded with synthetic grass, thanks to that it remains clean.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten.Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber. Bis auf den Flugbetrieb ruhige Lage. Schränke in den Zimmern sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und waren teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Ansonsten alles so, wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Laurents Ferienhaus und werden wiederkommen! Das Grundstück mit dem Pool ist das Herzstück. Anders als bei vielen Objekten, die das behaupten, ist Laurents Grundstück wirklich komplett eingezäunt. Das war für uns aufgrund unseres Hundes extrem wichtig. Da das Grundstück außerdem sehr abgelegen ist hat man wirklich seine Ruhe. Großartig! Es stimmt, was hier in manchen Inseraten steht, dass auf dem nahegelegenen Flugplatz häufig Segelflugzeuge hochgezogen werden. Uns hat die dadurch entstehende Geräuschkulisse überhaupt nicht gestört - wir wohnen in der Einflugschneise des Frankfurter Flughafens, insofern sind wir da ganz anderes gewohnt :D Aber wer da sehr empfindlich ist, der sollte das berücksichtigen. Wie gesagt, für uns komplett unwichtig, wir haben viele Stunden ausruhend im Garten verbracht. Wirklich ganz großartig ist auch der sehr nah gelegene See mit tollen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten (Baden, Stand-up-Paddle, Bootfahren...). Auch Städtetrips (Nizza, Cannes, Saint-Tropez) sind perfekt in Reichweite.Der Check-in war komplett mühelos. Laurent war für uns gut erreichbar, hat sich mit uns getroffen und uns zu dem ansonsten wirklich schwer zu findenden Haus geführt. Er war auch während des Aufenthaltes dort immer sofort erreichbar, wenn mal was war. Einzig verbesserungsfähig wären ein paar Küchenutensilien (kaputte Töpfe, stumpfe Messer) und die Tischtennisplatte (etwas baufällig :)). Aber insgesamt: TOP!!!!!

We hebben genoten van de grote tuin en het zwembad. Huis zelf is oké, maar diverse zaken worden wat ouder. Wifi goed. Toegangsweg onverhard en hobbelig. Eindschoonmaak niet inclusief.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem super Haus

Das Haus mit Garten und der Pool waren spitze. Es war am Ende eines kleinen Feldweges, man hatte viel Ruhe! Die Umgebung hatte aber trotzdem sehr viel zu bieten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, viel zu sehen, ganz süße kleine Ortschaften aus dem Mittelalter auf den Hügeln in der Nähe. Alles in allem: Ein traumhafter Urlaub! Wir kommen wieder!

Région agréable au printemps pour les balades à la montagne et à la mer. Maison au bout du chemin calme avec vue campagne dégagée et apaisante. Bon ensoleillement l'après-midi et en soirée sur la terrasse, très bien quand on veut profiter de la lumière et de la chaleur du printemps. Piscine chauffée. Parfait pour le hors saison quand on veut profiter du sud sans la foule !

Unsere zwei Wochen sind leider vorbei. Die Beschreibung entspricht genau der Wirklichkeit. Es ist eine wunderschöne Villa mit allem, was man braucht, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und die überdachte Terrasse waren der Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes. Himmlische Ruhe, genug Auslauf für unsere Hunde. Es war die Erholung pur. Trotz der ruhigen Lage war alles in kürzester Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke Laurent!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Villa de plein pied, très bien équipée, bien située, grand jardin et superbe piscine. Propriété située à proximité des magasins. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben, das Haus ist komplett für 6 Personen eingerichtet. Das große Grundstück mit Pool und schöner Terrasse ist komplett eingezäunt und somit eine absolute Entspannung für uns und unseren Dalmatiner. Der Eigentümer- Monsieur Laurent - ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Alle interessante Ziele, wie Cannes, Nizza, Grasse, St Tropez sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa, propreté impeccable, bien équipée avec une piscine au TOP!!! Aucun vis à vis,vraiment reposant. En plus le propriétaire est très sympa et nous a bien conseillé que voir dans cette belle région, restos, villages etc... Nous y retourneront les yeux fermés. Nous avons eu qu'une seule grosse déception, c'était de quitter la maison au moment du départ 😂 gros pincement au coeur 😢 🥰
