Best Western - accommodation in Tournai

The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly not working, which delayed getting our room key at check-in - I had already completed the available online check-in process ahead of arrival. A similar issue arose when trying to check out. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and I have to say this is not what I expect. The staff did their best and were helpful and polite when needed in this respect but, like us, were lot down by inadequate systems. I must add that otherwise I found the hotel excellent

Excellent location on the edge of the old city. Modern, clean hotel with comfortably appointed rooms and an outstanding full breakfast array.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The location is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the daily breakfast was fantastic. The room itself was also very well-kept and comfortable. However, there was one major quirk that future guests should be aware of: the bathroom did not have a door. While it didn't ruin the stay, it was quite an unusual design choice and could definitely be a privacy issue depending on who you are traveling with. Aside from that detail, it was a great stay.
