On the ground floor, the living and dining area welcomes you with comfortable and cosy furnishings, including a sofabed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a digital television. Direct access from this level leads to a patio, creating a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the patio, which in turn provides access to the swimming pool. A bathroom is also located on this floor, completing the ground-level facilities.

On the upper floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms, each fitted with a fan for personal comfort. The first double bedroom features a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, an en-suite bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC, and direct access to a balcony with panoramic views of the sea. The second double bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 135 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third double bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom with a bath and WC serves the second and third bedrooms.
