The house was clean and accessible but the outdoor spaces were incredible. Beautiful, open, and gorgeous views. Tony was friendly and offered to be of assistance if there were any concerns. Go to the residential beach! It was absolutely amazing!

Kontakt mit Interhome vor und während der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Besitzer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr nett. In diese Siedlung kommen nur Anlieger rein somit sehr ruhig für Familien geeignet.

Oben fein, unten muss nicht sein!

Da es im unteren Bereich keine Klimaanlage gibt, heizen sich die Räume stark auf. Lüften ist auch nur bedingt möglich, weil keine Fliegengitter vorhanden sind. Sehr unangenehm! Außerdem sind die beiden Kinderzimmer und das kleine Badezimmer sehr klein und für Erwachsene fast gar nicht nutzbar. Die Einrichtung ist leider auch alt, teilweise kaputt und ungemütlich. Es wird wohl nicht mehr investiert, weil das Haus verkauft werden soll. Schade!

We had a great stay

We had a very good stay in Casa Llorell. The house was very clean and everything we needed was available. The view is amazing and the surrounding is very calm en quiet. We loved the pool and barbeque area very much. Tony, the owner of the house, is a great man who is doing his best to help you in every way he can. I would very much recommend to book this vacation house.

La parte de arriba de la casa y jardín con piscina muy bien. La parte de abajo de las habitaciones muy vieja, falta mejorar mobiliario y alguna cama y mucha olor a humedad. Uno de los baños es minúsculo.

Schöne Lage, Kontakt mit Einheimischen inklusive

Wir haben den Aufenthalt Mitte Juni sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer gepflegten Ferienhaussiedlung, in die man nur mit Legitimation kommt. Der große Pool ist klasse und eine Alternative zum Strand, der zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Der sehr freundliche Eigentümer wohnt im Nebenhaus und verwöhnt seine Gäste z.B. mit frischem Gemüse aus dem Garten oder Eiern seiner Hühner (die man nicht hört). Für Leute, die gerne Kontakt mit Einheimischen pflegen, ideal.

Tolle Entspannung

Das Haus: Ein sehr schönes landestypisches Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen, abgeschirmten Siedlung in einer Seitenbucht von Tossa de Mar. Dadurch wunderbar abseits des Touristentrubels gelegen! Phantastischer Pool mit tollem Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die Schlafzimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sie liegen im Erdgeschoß und sind dadurch abends angenehm kühl gewesen. Ein Schlafzimmer war recht dunkel, da es zum Hinterhof gelegen war. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Es gab Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon, auf der Terasse (mit Sonnenschutz) und am Pool (Sonnenschirm). Die Umgebung: Das Meer/ eine kleine Badebucht war fußläfig in ca. 12 Minuten zu erreichen. Nach Tossa sollte man mit dem Auto fahren (ca. 10 Minuten), der Fußweg dauert in etwa eine Stunde. Der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt nebenan. Er ist sehr nett und hat uns mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem Garten überrascht und uns viele Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein kleines Problem mit der Heißwasserversorgung wurde umgehend behoben.
