I only had a small single room which looked dated. Old furniture etc. bed was comfortable though. It was adequate for my 2 night stay. However the bathroom smelt a bit and I had to leave extraction fan on over night with door closed. When I first arrived the bathroom light and extractor fan was already on so I think they no it has an odour. Just needs sorting that’s all.

I was going to request a 100% refund but as the Hotel gave a free breakfast i reduced my tequest to 50 %. Despite the issues i had the Hotel clealy believe saving £35 is more important than their customers. Despite the presence of insects on my bed they felt £69 was a fair price.

Bedding, towels and bathroom was clean but sadly the room smelt damp, the curtains were broken, wall paper was peeling off the wall, lamp shades were broken, there were damp areas. We accepted a standard room when we booked but felt this room was was below standard

I only like the location of the property. Just few minutes walk and you can go to the beach. Room was okay. There’s no wifi even after changing room. Hotel room phone wasn’t working and they didn’t change it even after I informed them so ended up many up and downs.

Nice location but definitely not refurbished double room with cracks and holes in the walls and slight mold.for what it was should be around 75 pounds a night. Breakfast was ok.would i go back ? No

The room was nice (we upgraded for £10 per night to a super king bed) but we had very little milk and when we asked for more they were a bit reluctant to give more than 4 milk pods (2needed per cup of tea/coffee). When we arrived we were informed that to park in the hotel car park would cost us £9 per day - so we had no option really but to pay. Also if we wanted air conditioning- the room was hot - we would again have to pay £10 per day. If you hadn’t brought your own towels you were not allowed to take the hotel towels to the swimming pool and again had the option to buy for £10 a towel for that purpose. No if I’m honest would not stay there again.
