Great location for food, transport and shopping. Great size for us, couple. No furniture on balcony which was disappointing as we were on 29th floor. No mattress or pillow protectors. Both were stained. Bedroom carpet stained. Advert on expedia definitely said pool and gym were available when I booked but we were told we couldn't use either which was a huge negative for us. A clothes horse for drying clothes would be useful as not all clothes can go in a dryer.

The room was excellent. A few hoops to jump thru at the start, but it was worth it in the end. There’s a lot of dust in certain areas that the cleaner can’t see - microwave vents, above the fridge. It’s a bit nasty but otherwise still an excellent experience. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Parking and check in were very easy and straight forward. The room was clean, comfortable and had all amenities we need d and a great view of missisaugas downtown area. It is directly across the street from celebration square which frequently does fun outdoor events. It is also right next to square one mall which brings many dining and shopping options! Definitely recomendable room and we Will absolutely stay here again!

Not a bad spot for a stay in Mississauga. Had a bit of trouble at check-in because I didn’t submit payment as I thought I could do that at the hotel but learned it’s an apartment. Apartment itself was okay but window was broken. Staff was always available for questions, so appreciated that. This place felt more for college people as the had a random bed in the entrance and the couch was a pull out.

Place has potential but the cover up for the lack of proper maintenance was obvious. Seemed a bit broken down ; from the TV remote to the blinds and vents looked damaged, etc. There were roaches found upon arrival and popping up throughout our stay which was extremely disappointing and disgusting because we were afraid to sleep and even bring in all our luggage. Not to mention, the maintenance of the place was not ok for the price; all the windows are broken and taped with a draft coming in if it’s cold and windy outside so you can not open the windows if you wanted to, the system to adjust the temperature was a disaster. The Communication times weren’t convenient to the help within the stay.

Booking listed RS Boutique Suites at 330 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, but check-in instructions sent us to a different address in the building next door. The operator also appeared under multiple names: RS Boutique Suites, RS Boutique Elite Apartments, and The Bay Suites. The listed phone number did not work normally; I had to contact Expedia before learning they only communicated through WhatsApp. The listing photos showed a bright, polished apartment, but the unit we received felt like a cheaper, poorly maintained version of what was advertised. It had an unpleasant odor strong enough that I could not sleep. I reported the smell during the stay, but it was not addressed; I was only thanked for letting them know. The washer leaked and would not drain during our stay. After checkout, we were told maintenance found a baby sock in the washer pump, and we were charged $150 from the deposit. Parking was also not as advertised. I would not book this property again.

Great location, easy self check in, needed extra instructions for the parking, the bed was squeaky, whenever one moved the other would wake up. Full kitchen, with coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. Very good value for money.
