The Laguna apartments were such a great place to stay when in Toowoomba. They are very clean and tidy, had everything you could ask for. Great location, very easy to find and was close to the main shopping/restaurant area.

Property is easy to get to and modern and nice. Check in was easy and plenty of parking. We did have a cockroach in our bedroom and I hate rain shower heads. Only other issue was no blind on kitchen windows but minor things really. Very clean and secure and quiet. If you don’t mind rain shower heads, you will like the room, but that’s a deal breaker for me. I do like my hand held showers. Overall a lovely place.

Disappointing that we were advised there would a queen bed and two singles. There was only a double bed and two singles. No Austar in the room again something that was advertised and the room was very dusty. The rooms were nice enough but disappointed in what we thought we were getting from our booking was not what was delivered

Dear Matthew, we dont have any apartments with double beds, they either have king and queen bed or queen and 2 king singles, I am not sure why you think they are double bed, maybe you are very big? We do have foxtel in every apartment, but unfortunately the foxtel had issue during your stay, the foxtel company is on to it . Its all now fixed, hope to see again.

This a a great property. Position to shops was good. Beds comfortable. We go to Toowooma on a regular basis and this accommodation will be our chosen place to stay from now on.
