Unfortunately, I could go due to Covid. Called the hotel. She couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. (That js fine) 2/21@. 6/21 pm. I purchased the insurance. Tried talk to a virtual agent- no luck. Between 6:50 and 8 pm. Tried the number: 2 or 3 times. It kept just hanging up. Last attempt 11:47 pm Tried to file a claim- said - you have to cancel 1st. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. From the lobby being mopped to keep the snow and salt removed to the spotless room.

Good for a place to crash while on the road. Very close to the highway so you can hear some traffic. Was clean and comfortable. Staff were not the friendliest but it didn’t impact our stay. Was happy they had a filtered water bottle refill station and 24/7 tea and coffee.
