The old saying goes- You get what you pay for. The room reeked of smoke, was dingy, and the hot tub looked unsanitary. We literally walked in and walked right out. If a hotel room that’s old, filthy, and smoky doesn’t bother you, then you’re probably fine. The front desk person was very kind and helpful.

It was a good stay overall. Everything went smoothly with no major issues. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk staff were responsive and helpful. The only minor issue was that the sink in our room was not draining water quickly. Other than that, everything was comfortable and fine.

We booked the hotel partially because breakfast was included. When we checked in, they said they stopped doing breakfast. Hotels.com was kind and refunded us our cost for getting breakfast at the Tim Hortons nearby. But the rooms walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on, including the shower in the Next Room at 3:00 in the morning. Also hear the sound of wind whistling under the crack in the door. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay elsewhere

When I first arrived the first thing I said is the pictures must’ve been old. It looks cheap and the room was absolutely filthy. We switched rooms twice and both rooms were not satisfying at all. The hot tub when we let the water run let out soapy foam and after that we were done. I say we were only there a good 20 minutes returned our keys and went home so disappointing.
