Could Easily Have Been Better

Stayed for 5 days. Nice location easy access to and from. Excellent restaurants all around. Well appointed grounds but trash not policed up regularly. Inside common area well maintained and the desk staff were very helpful. Now the maid service needs some work. Cleaned our rooms one time and not well. I had to track them down for coffee and towels. Didn't take all of the trash when they did come. Not happy with the super small refrigerator. And no free breakfast!!

Great Place to Stay

PROS: Stayed here 21 days. Great layout. Good gym. Nice pool. Great lobby layout for meeting up with friends, doing work remotely or just relaxing. Staff is very helpful. Located walking distance to several Restaraunts. CON: Have to request that they clean your room the night before.

The shower was dirty, the rooms smelled like a sweaty man. The manager was helping another guest while I was checking in she was very rude to that guest. And the lady helping me was okay, I asked to change rooms because it smelled and the shower was dirty- She put me in the literal next door room. Then I come back after work and hear a couple sleeping together very very loudly. Finally I was moved to a nicer room. Overall it was OK.

I was there 3 nights and room was never cleaned or towels changed. I finally called housekeeping and they told me to come to lobby to get clean towels. For the price we were charged per night i would expect room cleaning, or at least towel delivery.
