Sarah, who checked me in was both pleasant and terrific! She is also a fantastic multitasker! Matt had a very contagious and congenial disposition. I watched him maintain composure and professionalism while being tested by a rude guest with an unreasonable request. He made sure our stay was to our liking! The Hot tub is nice and big. The pool area closes late for adults. No kids allowed at 10p to close! I couldn’t believe my ears! Amazing! Every hotel should do this! The refrigerator in the room is nice and cold. Breakfast is solid. The gentleman that managed it was fast and polite. He never let any food run out. M&M cookies greets every guest. Bedding isn’t in the rooms for the sleeper sofa. I found that to be inconvenient. Fitness room is well-equipped with a water cooler! Ice machines are plentiful and in great working condition. The swimming pool is advertised as heated in the amenities section of the Hotels webpage. It was cold. Jumping in was a SHOCK to me and the kids. The room is stylish, comfortable and has great blackout shades.

The staff is very nice as are the pool and hot tub. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My main complaint was that the rooms smelled weird - mildewy with an undertone of cigarette smoke maybe. It’s an old facility so maybe smoking was allowed years ago?

This hotel is beautiful on the outside , inside is old and out of date . Smells musty , bathroom tile was missing grout , toilet was so low , no UBS outlets to plug in devices. Sydney at the front desk was the best part of our stay , she was friendly and very accommodating . Changed our room due to first room smelled like cigarettes.

Clean hotel, but not sure I would stay again

Checked in later afternoon and noticed the AC unit did not work in our hotel room or seemed it was turned off for awhile. We turned down the temperature before leaving for our event (we were only briefly at the hotel) and when we returned, the ac was still not working. We went to the front desk to ask to switch rooms but they did not have any other rooms unfortunately. The over-night receptionist was seemed under the influence and didn’t for some reason understand we did not have working ac. We were provided a fan after asking if they had one and thankfully they did but it was a very dusty desk fan and did not provide enough air circulation. The hotel otherwise was very clean and quiet. But I was very disappointed with how the non-working ac in our room was handled by the staff, as it clearly had not been working for awhile, and not fixed or disclosed before checking into the room.
