Hotel overall was decent, room smelled weird, but not unbearable. The killer for us was they closed they pool area almost right after check in and never reopened it. The pool was the reason we chose this hotel and nothing was done to make it right. Will be back in the area next month and this place will not be considered.

Sarah(front desk) was rude to a customer on the phone during check in. Then rude to us. I was not aware the hotel has a STRICT policy with the use of the pool. Got a hotel room for my sons birthday and for my wife and i to have a night by ourselves after the kids left. I work out of town and book hotels and air bnbs a lot. This is one I will not book with again. They give wrist bands for the pool area and only the max people allowed to stay in the room can get a wrist band. I had 4 kids with me and couldnt let them all swim since we had a king bed room that only sleeps 2. So she put us in a queen bed room sleeps 4 (downgrade from what we booked) and said the extra two can just get a wrist band to swim too. Since my wife kept asking (nicely) if there was a way she could contact the manger she said theyd be there at 9am rudely, so my wife asked for Corporate but she didnt have that either. Why we couldnt get a managers approval for a refund, like we wanted is unknown. Once we found out about the wrist bands we told her we had to find somewhere else then but she refused to let us leave. She told us the kids had to stay since she let them get wrist bands as well. Theres no policy on expedia or country inn's website that lists wrist bands or that you cannot have extra go swimming. We had friends come up, they got their own room. Sarah was rude to them at check in as well. No problems when we had a pool party here before. Only one other couple had wrist bands. Sarahs a rude liar.

Only booked a stay to take the kids swimming. Pool was closed Fire alarm went off at 12:30 at night. The one staff member had no idea what to do. Asked guest “should I call fire department” as you could smell smoke. Very concerning there was no plan in place. Disappointing stay.

Room was filthy. Bed linens had stains. The crib we were given was extremely dirty as if it had not been wiped down. Toilet was dirty with poop. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we left after given the horrible smell.

This place was gross! I thought with it being a Radisson that it would at least live up to that name. I had to reclean my entire bathroom. There was urine on the seat and long hair everywhere. I also noticed cobwebs in every corner as well as stains on the walls and chair.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere as usual with any country inn I have visited. Plenty of amenities which I normally wouldn’t have needed, however the wife and I were in town for an event in support of our teenage daughter 😆 no wardrobe changes, hair adjustments were a hassle while staying here. Plenty of stores nearby plenty of on site amenities as well. Plenty of outlets (to charge devices) and the freeway is less than a mile away. The atmosphere was clean welcoming and workplace energy upbeat . The host who checked us in and out had a good sense of humor was wonderfully helpful and informative. He deserves a raise in my opinion. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again!! Kudos also to Hotels.com the property we were originally booked at (not country inn) was misleading and disheartening, however Hotels.com support were understanding, attentive, and swift resolving the matter and they dealt with a rude host saving us from enduring unnecessary duress in a already stressful situation @hotels.com/support Thanks again.
