Each room has its own washing machine, which is very convenient. Since winters in Japan are dry, hanging clothes to air-dry instead of using the dryer helps keep the room humid. The only slight inconvenience was that there wasn’t enough space to open a large suitcase fully.

For a Tokyo hotel, this checks all the boxes and a little more. Near a station, but off the main road so it's quiet. Near lots of food options and in a nice neighborhood. The addition of a washer and dryer in the room makes it a great stay! The room is small, but it's Tokyo. It does what it needs to do and that is a place to relax after walking 20k steps.

The room felt a bit run down, and the pillows were honestly quite uncomfortable. The sound insulation wasn’t great either, so we could hear noise from other rooms. It’s in a nice area and the staff were friendly, the washing machine in room is a big bonus, but overall the place could use some improvements.

Hotel is very minimalist but perfect for Tokyo where you won’t be spending much time in your room. Clean and comfortable with washer/dryer in room. Very helpful and efficient staff. Easy to get anywhere in Tokyo from this location.

We were only here for the night after landing but quickly fell in love with the location. On our way back we stayed at another hotel maybe 15 min away walking distance. We didn’t realize how close some of the shops were from this location as we were only here for 1 night before going to osaka but there’s convenient stores around the area as well as some fast food, don quijote and local food shops. Also a jump store if you’re into anime. The staff was very welcoming as well for our first time

5 night stay and extremely happy with my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, latest ameneties and very well set out. Bathroom clean and tidyand all amenities. Eco cleaning was excellent. All staff friendly and professional. While breakfast option was limited it was convenient and well priced. As a Darwin coffee snob only thing to improve is coffee options

Location is good. Very near to JR and metro line and 2 stops from Tokyo station. Loads of restaurants around and there is a shopping mall and Tokyo Dome which is a theme park less than 10mins away. Hotel was good, had a washer/dryer in the room. Space is good for Japan standard. The toiletries not as good as the other Japanese hotels Ive stayed in. Breakfast is strange. Not much options. You pick it up from reception and bring it to your room to heat up. Would have been nice to have the option of heating the food downstairs as there are tables etc

Staff were excellent. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a lil different. You picked up frozen food from lobby then brought it up to your room to cook. Great location. Close to the dome and stations.
